I changed my mind and want to cancel my order. What should I do?

We all change our minds, we get that.

Normally, we don't give refunds unless there's actually something wrong with your order. But, we can make rare exceptions. Please email us at hi@flashfood.com and we'll see what we can do.

I placed my Flashfood order at the wrong store. What should I do?

Don't worry! We get it; everyone makes mistakes. Simply send us an email with the following information:  

  1. Where you purchased the item.
  2. A screenshot of your order confirmation and purchase receipt.

We'll then refund your credit card with those far away purchases.
