The Flashfood item I purchased is missing. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! We're committed to providing our customers with a seamless purchasing experience, but everyone makes mistakes!  

Send us a screenshot of your receipt (available in the "Receipt" tab of the app) and a picture of the order items you were able to pick up, and we'll refund your credit card for the missing items.
